II. Public Comment
This time is set aside for persons wishing to address the board on matters non-agenda items. Speakers are limited to five minutes. The board chair reserves the right to further limit or exclude
repetitious or irrelevant presentations. If written material is included, 20 three-hole-punched copies of all information should be given to the Recorder prior to the meeting to be distributed
to board members. No actions are on citizen comments. The board, however, after hearing from interested citizens, may place items on a future agenda so proper notice may be given to all interested
parties. If no one wishes to comment, the next scheduled agenda item will be considered.

1. Ingersoll-Rand Company, assessment of civil penalty for allowing an unlicensed individual to install a pressure vessel without a valid permit
and violated a previous consent order.
2. Spirit Enterprises Inc., DBA "Stan The Hot Water Man," assessment of civil penalty for failing to obtain permits prior to installing
two 120-gallon hot water heaters.
C. Summary of enforcement actions previously taken by the division for cases 1 through 12, outlined on the enforcement board report. (No board action
required)

A. Update on the new license application rules implementing HB 2181.
B. Update on Boiler and Pressure Vessel Class 5 licensing rules.
C. Update on boiler and pressure vessel inspection frequency rules.
