II. Public comment


This time is set aside for persons wishing to address the board on non-agenda items. Speakers are limited to five minutes. If written material is included, please provide 20 three-hole-punched copies of all information to board staff prior to the meeting for distribution to board members. Action will not be taken at this meeting on citizen comments. The board, however, after hearing from interested persons, may place items on a future agenda so proper notice may be given to all interested parties.

B. Consider and approve for subsequent hearing and adoption of proposed pressure vessel inspection frequency rule amendments (Rule now included)

A. Consider and approve new penalty matrix and rules
B. Board consideration of options for allowing Oregon installation of boilers and pressure vessels that are built to International Code Standards


VIII. Announcements


The Building Codes Division is forming a code review committee to assist the division in adopting the 2008 Oregon Boiler and Pressure Vessel Specialty Code
