II. PUBLIC COMMENT
This time is set aside for persons wishing to address the board on matters
not on the agenda. Speakers will be limited to five minutes. The board
chair reserves the right to further limit or exclude repetitious or irrelevant
presentations. If written material is included, 20 three-hole-punched
copies of all information to be distributed to board members should be
given to the Recorder prior to the meeting. Action will not be taken at
this meeting on citizen comments. The board, however, after hearing from
interested citizens, may place items on a future agenda so proper notice
may be given to all interested parties. If no one wishes to comment, the
next scheduled agenda item will be considered.

1. Daniel Vincent,
assessment of $3,000 civil penalty for installing electrical wiring for
connection to an electrical power source without a permit in Ukiah.
Repeat Violators
2. West Side Electric
Company, Inc., assessment of $2,000 civil penalty for installing electrical
wiring, for the account of another, without a permit in Portland.
3. Darrell Martin,
assessment of $1,000 civil penalty for installing electrical service,
sub-panel and electrical nonmetallic electrical cable, for the account
of another, in Forest Grove.
4. Christenson Electric,
Inc., double fee was assessed for installing electrical wiring, for the
account of another, without a permit in Gresham.
5. Argo Enterprizes
Ltd., assessment of $1,000 civil penalty for installing electrical wiring
in conjunction with the installation of a new furnace, for the account
of another, without a permit in Klamath Falls.
6. Bruce Hughes, assessment
of $2,000 civil penalty for failure to perform the duties of a general
signing supervising electrician to ensure proper permits were issued and
signed for the installation of electrical wiring, in conjunction with
the installation of a new furnace in Klamath Falls.
7. All-Star LLC, assessment
of $4,000 civil penalty for installing and connecting an outdoor advertising
sign, for the account of Richard Strizver, without a permit in Roseburg.
