A. Board approval of permanent rules for Definition of a "Person."
(Hearings Officer's report now included)

B. Board approval of proposed draft rules for "conflict of interest" pertaining to active electrical inspectors for public hearing.

C. Board approval of proposed draft rules for the 2005 Oregon Electrical Specialty Code for public hearing.

V. ANNOUNCEMENTS

The Electrical and Elevator Board Policy Committee will meet following the board meeting.
