II. Public comment

This time is set aside for persons wishing to address the board on non-agenda items. Speakers are limited to five minutes. If written material is included, 20 three-hole-punched copies of all information must be given to board staff prior to the meeting to be distributed to board members. Action will not be taken at this meeting on citizen comments. The board, however, after hearing from interested persons, may place items on a future agenda so proper notice may be given to all interested parties.

1. Consideration of motion for Proposed and Final Order assessing penalties in the matter of Marca Electric, Inc. During the June 13, 2007 teleconference meeting the board disapproved the division recommendation on the Marca case and requested that the division do further research. They requested information be submitted under Executive Session with BCD's attorney

D. Summary of enforcement actions resolved by division for cases 1 through 27, outlined on the enforcement board report. (No board action required)

A. Update on HB 2180 Phase 2 inspection frequency implementation
B. Letter received from Eric Mahaffy about his concerns with the supervising electricians exam
