II. PUBLIC COMMENT (10 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.)
This time is set aside for persons wishing to address the board on matters not on the agenda. Speakers will be limited to five minutes, unless extended by the board chair. If written material
is included, 15 copies of all information to be distributed to board members should be given to the Recorder prior to the meeting. Action will not be taken at this meeting on citizen comments. The
board, however, after hearing from interested citizens, may place items under new business on a future agenda so proper notice may be given to all interested parties. If no one wishes to comment,
the next scheduled agenda item will be considered.

A. Enforcement Cases
Repeat Violator
1. Four Star Development, Inc. dba Nelson Plumbing, civil penalty assessed for allowing an unlicensed individual to make a plumbing installation
in Hood River.
B. Summary of enforcement actions previously taken by the division for cases III.B.1 - 2.
(No board action required).
C. Program update.
IV. COMMUNICATIONS
Interpretation Committee Report to include 12 most recent completed interpretations.
V. APPEALS - None

VII. NEW BUSINESS
A. Board recommends to the Administrator to rescind 21 existing interpretive rulings.

B. Board recommends to the Administrator approval of Interpretive Ruling No. 04-1, Jetvac, Inc., vacuum drainage system.
C. Board approval of draft rules for Complex Plumbing Systems.
