I. BOARD BUSINESS

II. PUBLIC COMMENT
This time is set aside for persons wishing to address the board on matters not on the agenda. Speakers will be limited to five minutes, unless extended by the board chair. If written material is included, 15 copies of all information to be distributed to board members should be given to the Recorder prior to the meeting. Action will not be taken at this meeting on citizen comments. The board, however, after hearing from interested citizens, may place items under new business on a future agenda so proper notice may be given to all interested parties. If no one wishes to comment, the next scheduled agenda item will be considered.

1. William McKenzie Peters. Approval of the final order adopting the proposed order for license denial.
2. McGee Plumbing, Inc. Approval of the final order adopting the amended proposed order for license revocation.
C. Summary of enforcement actions previously taken by the division for cases 1 through 4 outlined on the enforcement board report. (No
board action required.)
D. Program update.
Update on code adoption process rulemaking.
V. APPEALS - None
VI. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Board review and approve hearings officer's recommendation for Ordinary Minor Plumbing Repair rules.
VII. NEW BUSINESS
A. Board review of IAPMO Interim Guide Criteria (IGC) 203-2004 Standard for Self Sealing Waterless Waste Valves.
B. Oregon Ground Water Association request for assistance.
