I. Board Business

D. Approval of the August 18, 2006 regular board meeting minutes.

F. Review of the 2007 board meeting dates.
II. Public Comment
This time is set aside for persons wishing to address the board on matters non-agenda items. Speakers are limited to five minutes. The board chair reserves the right to further limit or exclude
repetitious or irrelevant presentations. If written material is included, 20 three-hole-punched copies of all information should be given to the Recorder prior to the meeting to be distributed to
board members. No actions are on citizen comments. The board, however, after hearing from interested citizens, may place items on a future agenda so proper notice may be given to all interested parties.
If no one wishes to comment, the next scheduled agenda item will be considered.

B. Enforcement cases.
Jack L. Wallace: Final Order denying the renewal of respondent's journeyman plumber's license.
C. Summary of enforcement actions previously taken by the division for cases 1 through 17 outlined on the enforcement board report. (No
board action required.)

Update on Plumbing Backflow Prevention Device Training rule.
V. Appeals - None.
VI. Unfinished Business
Request to approve standard for adjustable position sink product. (Postponed from August 18, 2006 board meeting.)
VII. New Business
A. Board review and approve Division 040 Board Administration Rules and Bylaws.
B. Board review and approve plumbing examination revisions.
C. Board review and approve standard for stainless steel plumbing fixtures.
