II. Public comment

This time is set aside for persons wishing to address the board on non-agenda items. Speakers are limited to five minutes. If written material is included, 20 three-hole-punched copies of all information should be given to the recorder prior to the meeting to be distributed to board members. No action can be taken on issues that arise during Public Comment. The board, however, after hearing from interested citizens, may place items on a future agenda so proper notice may be given to all interested parties.

Jack L. Wallace: Final Order denying the renewal of respondent's journeyman plumber's license. (Postponed from the October 20, 2006 board meeting)
