II. Public comment

This time is set aside for persons wishing to address the board on non-agenda items. Speakers are limited to five minutes. If written material is included, 20 three-hole-punched copies of all information must be given to board staff prior to the meeting to be distributed to board members. Action will not be taken at this meeting on citizen comments. The board, however, after hearing from interested persons, may place items on a future agenda so proper notice may be given to all interested parties.

1. Review proposed scientific and technical findings for proposed alternate method relating to air admittance valves (Late submission)
B. Board review and approve proposed rules to implement House Bill 2219
C. Board review and approve continuing education hours for various plumbing licenses
D. Board review Oregon Building Officials Association proposed Commercial plumbing training program

VIII. Announcements

Residential Structures Board will be reviewing the electrical and plumbing provisions to the 2008 Oregon Low-Rise Residential Dwelling Code at its December 11, 2007 board meeting
