II. Public comment

This time is set aside for persons wishing to address the board on non-agenda items. Speakers are limited to five minutes. If written material is included, 20 three-hole-punched copies of all information should be given to the recorder prior to the meeting to be distributed to board members. No action can be taken on issues that arise during Public Comment. The board, however, after hearing from interested citizens, may place items on a future agenda so proper notice may be given to all interested parties.

B. Summary of enforcement actions previously taken by the division for one case outlined on the enforcement board report. (No board action required)
C. Legislative update.
D. Program update.

IV. Communications

A. Presentation by Joanie Stevens-Schwenger on the state's online permitting program.
B. Withdrawal of an alternate method ruling request by Mac Sheldon, of Demilec, LLC.
