I. BOARD BUSINESS

 

A. Call to Order
B. Roll Call
C. Approval of the Agenda and Order of Business.
D. Approval of the June 8, 2005 board meeting draft minutes.
E. Date of the Next Meeting: January 11, 2006.
F. Review the 2006 board meeting calendar dates.

 

II. PUBLIC COMMENT

 

This time is set aside for persons wishing to address the board on matters not on the agenda. Speakers will be limited to five minutes. The board chair reserves the right to further limit or exclude repetitious or irrelevant presentations. If written material is included, 20 three-hole-punched copies of all information to be distributed to board members should be given to the Recorder prior to the meeting. Action will not be taken at this meeting on citizen comments. The board, however, after hearing from interested citizens, may place items on a future agenda so proper notice may be given to all interested parties. If no one wishes to comment, the next scheduled agenda item will be considered.

A. Building Codes Division Administrator's report.

C. Enforcement cases.

 

Final Order.
1. John Allen Rigsby, approval of final order assessing penalties for making installations without permits, based on hearing held.

 

D. Summary of enforcement actions previously taken by the division for cases 1 through 8 outlined on the enforcement board report. (No board action required.)

 

IV. COMMUNICATIONS

 

Update on the suggested corrections brought to the board from OBOA Code Development Committee concerning Appendix N and an additional errata to the Oregon Residential Specialty Code.
