2009 Legislative Update Training

In calendar years when the legislature meets in regular session,
the continuing education for building officials must include at
least one division-approved class covering new legislation relating
to the administration and enforcement of building inspection programs
(Law Change class). In the past, building officials have attended
a live class to receive this continuing education credit. Today,
finishing this online course will fulfill this requirement for building
official continuing education.
Below is the link to the training. Please leave yourself one hour
to complete the course. You can not go back a page within the training.
Once you answer a question and hit the "next" button,
you can not return to that question. If you leave the course at
any time before completing it, you will not get credit for the training.
There are ten bills summarized in the course and each one has two
to four questions on the bill's content. You must answer the question
before you will be allowed to go to the next page.
