I. BOARD BUSINESS
A. Call to Order.
B. Roll Call.
C. Approval of the agenda and order of business.
D. Approval of the February 2, 2005, Teleconference board meeting minutes, and the April
1, 2005, Special Teleconference board meeting minutes.
E. Date of the next regularly scheduled meeting: August 3, 2005.
II. PUBLIC COMMENT
This time is set aside for persons wishing to address the board on matters not on the agenda. Speakers will be limited to five minutes, unless extended by the board chair. The board chair reserves
the right to further limit or exclude repetitious or irrelevant presentations. If written material is included, 20 three-hole punched copies of all information to be distributed to board members
should be given to the Recorder prior to the meeting. Action will not be taken at this meeting on citizen comments. The board, however, after hearing from interested citizens, may place items under
new business on a future agenda so proper notice may be given to all interested parties. If no one wishes to comment, the next scheduled agenda item will be considered.

IV. COMMUNICATIONS
Recommendation from the Chief Plumbing Inspector to rescind obsolete interpretive rulings program related.
V. APPEALS
A. Board review Appeal No. 690-05-01, decision by City of Portland Local Appeals Board regarding occupancy classification of a “non-farm”
agricultural building and make recommendation. Appeal filed under authority of ORS 455.690.
B. Board review Appeal No. 690-05-02, decision by Tillamook County Local Appeals Board regarding suitability of foundation system regulated under
the Oregon Structural Specialty Code and make recommendation. Appeal file under authority of ORS 455.690.

VII. NEW BUSINESS
A. Board approval of statewide alternate method regarding construction and tenant improvements of dialysis facilities requested by Oregon Department
of Human Services.
B. Board consideration and recommendation of an amendment of OSSC Chapter 13 by administrative rule so that Chapter 13, Lighting Standards,
will be consistent with other National Standards. - LATE SUBMISSION
C. Board consideration and recommendation of an amendment of OSSC Chapter 11, Division III by administrative rule so that the covered
Multi-family Dwelling provisions will be consistent with the Fair Housing Act.
