I. Board Business

A. Call to order.

C. Approval of agenda and order of business.
D. Approval of the March 7, 2006 regular board meeting minutes.
E. Date of the next regularly scheduled meeting: September 12, 2006

II. Public Comment

This time is set aside for persons wishing to address the board on matters not on the agenda. Speakers will be limited to five minutes. The board chair reserves the right to further limit or exclude repetitious or irrelevant presentations. If written material is included, 20 three-hole-punched copies of all information to be distributed to board members should be given to the Recorder prior to the meeting. Action will not be taken at this meeting on citizen comments. The board, however, after hearing from interested citizens, may place items on a future agenda so proper notice may be given to all interested parties. If no one wishes to comment, the next scheduled agenda item will be considered.

1. CH Kruse Plumbing, Inc., assessment of civil penalty for failing to obtain a permit prior to installing a boiler and pressure vessel.

 

2. Allen Waliezer, assessment of civil penalty for failing to obtain a boiler license.

 

C. Summary of enforcement actions previously taken by the division for cases 1 through 8 outlined on the enforcement board report. (No board action required.)

 

D. Program update.
