II. PUBLIC COMMENT

This time is set aside for persons wishing to address the board on matters not on the agenda. Speakers will be limited to five minutes. The board chair reserves the right to further limit or exclude repetitious or irrelevant presentations. If written material is included, 20 three-hole-punched copies of all information to be distributed to board members should be given to the Recorder prior to the meeting. Action will not be taken at this meeting on citizen comments. The board, however, after hearing from interested citizens, may place items on a future agenda so proper notice may be given to all interested parties. If no one wishes to comment, the next scheduled agenda item will be considered.

Final Orders, Hearings Previously Held

1. Robert Yancey, was found in violation of making an installation without the proper license or permit based on hearing held.
2. Bernard Anthony, was properly denied an Oregon General Journeyman Electricians license based on hearing held.
3. Daniel Vincent, was found in violation of making installations without a license or permits based on hearing held.
4. Paul Apple, was properly denied a Limited Journeyman Manufacturing Plant Electricians license based on hearing held.
5. Don Wolf, was properly denied equivalency to qualify for a Limited Maintenance Electricians license based on hearing held.

Stipulated Order, License Surrender

6. Kelly Dohn, agreed to surrender his General Journeyman's Electricians license #18623J based on hearing held.

Egregious Violators

7. Tualatin Electric, Inc., assessment of $4,000 civil penalty for connecting electrical wiring in conjunction with making an installation without a permit in Tualatin.
8. Frank Pausz, assessment of $8,000 civil penalty for installing electrical wiring without a license or permit in Beaverton.
9. LaValley Corporation, assessment of $3,000 civil penalty for allowing an unlicensed individual to make an installation in Bend.

Repeat Violators

10. Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning Services, Inc., assessment of $2,000 civil penalty for installing low voltage electrical wiring in conjunction with installing an HVAC unit without a permit or posting a minor label in Portland.
11. New Technology Electrical Contractors, Inc., assessment of $2,000 civil penalty for making an installation without a permit in Hillsboro.
12. Rhino Electric, Inc., assessment of $6,000 civil penalty for making electrical installations without permits in Oakland, Roseburg, and Yoncalla.
13. Duane Reamer, assessment of $2,500 civil penalty for making an installation without a permit, and not being properly licensed in Aloha.
14. Michael Overfield, assessment of $2,000 civil penalty for failure to ensure all electrical labels and permits were used and signed for, during an installation in Tualatin.
15. Corey Pritchett, assessment of $12,000 civil penalty for making an unsafe installation and creating a condition of high risk for electrocution without a permit or a proper license I Aloha.
