II. PUBLIC COMMENT
This time is set aside for persons wishing to address the board on matters
not on the agenda. Speakers will be limited to five minutes. The board
chair reserves the right to further limit or exclude repetitious or irrelevant
presentations. If written material is included, 20 three-hole-punched
copies of all information to be distributed to board members should be
given to the Recorder prior to the meeting. Action will not be taken at
this meeting on citizen comments. The board, however, after hearing from
interested citizens, may place items on a future agenda so proper notice
may be given to all interested parties. If no one wishes to comment, the
next scheduled agenda item will be considered.

A. Compliance Cases - Roseanne Nelson & Allen Aschim
Final Orders, Hearings Previously Held
1. Kelly Jordan, was found in violation
of not completing required code change continuing education in a timely
manner based on hearing held.
2. Stevan Hauck, was found in violation
of not completing required code change continuing education in a timely
manner based on hearing held.
License Revocation, Default Order
3. Lonnie Sizer, was sent a notice of
intent to revoke respondent's limited maintenance electrician's license
number 5771LME, based on an investigation of work hours reported.
Repeat Violators
4. Christopher Merten, assessment of
$2,000 civil penalty for installing limited energy power wiring and an
electrical alarm system without a permit in Newberg.
5. Martin Hopkins, assessment of $2,000
civil penalty for installing electrical wiring for an HVAC system without
a permit in Myrtle Creek.
6. Electrum, Inc., assessment of $2,000
civil penalty for allowing an unlicensed individual to make an installation
in Portland.
7. Elmer Rose, assessment of $2,000 civil
penalty for failing to ensure individual was properly licensed to do work
in Portland.
