II. PUBLIC COMMENT
This time is set aside for persons wishing to address the board on matters
not on the agenda. Speakers will be limited to five minutes. The board
chair reserves the right to further limit or exclude repetitious or irrelevant
presentations. If written material is included, 20 three-hole-punched
copies of all information to be distributed to board members should be
given to the Recorder prior to the meeting. Action will not be taken at
this meeting on citizen comments. The board, however, after hearing from
interested citizens, may place items on a future agenda so proper notice
may be given to all interested parties. If no one wishes to comment, the
next scheduled agenda item will be considered.

approval of amended combined proposed order to revoke Gerald Marca's Oregon
General Supervising Electrical license 2440S, based on hearing held.
2. Stephen King, assessment
of $2,000 civil penalty, based on hearing held.

3. Virgil Lee, assessment
of $6,000 civil penalty for making an installation without a permit, electrical
contractor's license and without employing a full time signing electrical
supervisor in Albany.
4. Robben Inc., assessment
of $6,000 civil penalty for making an electrical installation without
a permit and without an electrical contractor's license in Lincoln City.
5. Dennis' Seven Dees
Landscaping, Inc. assessment of $2,000 civil penalty for making an electrical
installation without a permit in Sherwood.
6. Kenneth Hooton, assessment
of $3,000 civil penalty for failed to perform the duties of signing supervisor
to ensure that the individual who made the electrical installation was
properly licensed in Coos Bay.
