I. BOARD BUSINESS

A. Call to Order

D. Approval of the October 28, 2004 regular board meeting minutes.

F. Review of the 2005 board meeting dates.
G. Formal farewell to Walter Conner.

II. PUBLIC COMMENT

This time is set aside for persons wishing to address the board on matters not on the agenda. Speakers will be limited to five minutes. The board chair reserves the right to further limit or exclude repetitious or irrelevant presentations. If written material is included, 20 three-hole-punched copies of all information to be distributed to board members should be given to the Recorder prior to the meeting. Action will not be taken at this meeting on citizen comments. The board, however, after hearing from interested citizens, may place items on a future agenda so proper notice may be given to all interested parties. If no one wishes to comment, the next scheduled agenda item will be considered.

Final Orders

1. Ellis Lea, approval of final order to assess penalty for failure to perform the duties of a signing supervising electrician for allowing an unlicensed individual to perform an electrical installation, based on hearing held.

2. Jeffrey Lea, approval of final order assessing penalties for performing an electrical installation for the account of another without a valid Oregon electrical license, based on hearing held.

3. C3 Communications, Inc., assessment of penalties for allowing an unlicensed individual to make electrical installations at various locations within the Salem Keizer School District.

C. Summary of enforcement actions previously taken by the division for cases III.B.1 through 6 outlined on the enforcement board report. (No board action required)

IV. COMMUNICATIONS

A. Recommendation from the Chief Plumbing Inspector to rescind obsolete interpretive ruling for the elevator program.

B. Hearings officer's report on the 2005 Oregon Electrical Specialty Code.

E. Equivalency request from Bart Robert to sit for a Class"B"; limited energy technician license.

H. Board approve proposed rule language altering education hours required for stage electrician's training program.

The Electrical and Elevator Board's Policy Committee meeting will not meet in December.
