II. PUBLIC COMMENT
This time is set aside for persons wishing to address the board on matters not on the agenda. Speakers will be limited to five minutes. The board chair reserves the right to further limit or exclude repetitious or irrelevant presentations. If written material is included, 20 three-hole-punched copies of all information to be distributed to board members should be given to the Recorder prior to the meeting. Action will not be taken at this meeting on citizen comments. The board, however, after hearing from interested citizens, may place items on a future agenda so proper notice may be given to all interested parties. If no one wishes to comment, the next scheduled agenda item will be considered.

1. Wade A. Johnson, assessment of civil penalty for failure to perform the duties of a signing supervisor ensuring that a permit was obtained prior to an installation in LaGrande.

2. J & J Wade Johnson Electric, Inc., assessment of civil penalty for making an installation without a permit in LaGrande.
3. Bellomy, Inc., assessment of civil penalties for allowing unlicensed individuals to make an installation, no contractor's license and without

E. Board review equivalency request from Robert Dalton to sit for a supervisors exam.
F. Board review equivalency request from Edward Burgmans to sit for a supervisors exam.
G. Board review equivalency request from Tommy Tewalt to sit for Class B Limited Energy Technician's license.
The Electrical and Elevator Board's Policy Committee meeting will meet following the board meeting.
