I. BOARD BUSINESS

D. Approval of the January 26, 2006 regular board meeting minutes.
E. Date of the Next Regularly Scheduled Meeting: May 25, 2006.

 

II. PUBLIC COMMENT

 

This time is set aside for persons wishing to address the board on matters not on the agenda. Speakers will be limited to five minutes. The board chair reserves the right to further limit or exclude repetitious or irrelevant presentations. If written material is included, 20 three-hole-punched copies of all information to be distributed to board members should be given to the Recorder prior to the meeting. Action will not be taken at this meeting on citizen comments. The board, however, after hearing from interested citizens, may place items on a future agenda so proper notice may be given to all interested parties. If no one wishes to comment, the next scheduled agenda item will be considered.

2. Cecil D. Cunningham, assessment of civil penalty for failure to perform the duties of a signing supervisor ensuring that the electricians who performed the work were properly licensed.

 

3. Donald M. Horton, assessment of civil penalty for transferring an electrical permit to an individual other than an employee, to work under the authority of Mr. Horton's permit.

 

4. Benjamin E. Johnsen, assessment of civil penalty for making installations without direct supervision of a general supervising electrician.

 

5. Teral Inc., assessment of civil penalty for not having the proper license and for failure to obtain a permit.
