I. Board business

A. Call to order.

C. Approval of agenda and order of business.
D. Approval of the January 25, 2007 regular board meeting minutes.
E. Date of the next regularly scheduled meeting: May 24, 2007.
F. Welcome new board member Craig Perkins.

II. Public comment

This time is set aside for persons wishing to address the board on non-agenda items. Speakers are limited to five minutes. If written material is included, 20 three-hole-punched copies of all information should be given to the recorder prior to the meeting to be distributed to board members. Action will not be taken at this meeting on public comments. The board, however, after hearing from interested persons, may place items on a future agenda so proper notice may be given to all interested parties.

A. Review and approve proposed draft of OAR 918-030-0060 for supervising electrician examination retake waiting period.
B. Alternate method request for snap-switch products without grounding terminals.
C. Discuss State of Idaho reciprocal electrical licensing agreement.
D. Equivalency request from Tony Burdick, Oregon Electrical Inspector certification applicant.
E. Alternate work experience verification for Kenneth Vincent, Class B Limited Energy Technician license applicant.
F. Alternate work experience verification for David Teal, Class A Limited Energy Technician license applicant.
