II. Public Comment
This time is set aside for persons wishing to address the board on non-agenda items. Speakers are limited to five minutes. If written material is included, 20 three-hole-punched copies of all
information must be given to the recorder prior to the meeting to be distributed to board members. Action will not be taken at this meeting on public comments. The board, however, after hearing
from interested persons, may place items on a future agenda so proper notice may be given to all interested parties.

Proposed Order and Final Order:
1. Consideration of Proposed Order, exceptions and adoption of the Final Order in the matter of Roger Freeborn, an unlicensed individual.
Repeat Violator/Consent Order:
2. Consideration of Consent Order signed January 3, 2007 assessing civil penalty in the matter of CH Kruse Plumbing Inc., a licensed plumbing contractor.
B. Summary of enforcement actions previously taken by the division for cases 1 through 7, outlined on the enforcement board report. (No board action required)

A. Update for the 2008 Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code adoption process.
B. Interagency memorandum of understanding (MOU) on water reuse.
