Purpose
To create a recommendation to the Residential and Manufactured Structures Board based on it's technical review of code proposals submitted by the public and other changes identified during the review process. This recommendation will be reviewed by the Board to determine what will be forwarded to rulemaking as the 2014 Oregon Residential Specialty Code.
