2011 Code Change Correspondence Course - Part 1

- This course is a self-study continuing education class intended for electrical
licensees.
- Researching answers to the exam questions will familiarize the licensee with the
code changes that occurred during the 2011 code cycle.
- The course consists of a 52 multiple-choice question open book exam.
- A passing grade of 75 (39 correct answers) or better will earn the licensee 4 code
change continuing education credits.

| There are two ways to complete the exam: |

| Option 1: Mail |
| Print the three PDF files below. Complete the exam and mail
it to the division (the mailing address is on the instruction sheet and answer sheet).

| Exams are usually graded within two weeks of receipt. You will receive
a letter with your exam results. If you pass the exam, you will automatically be credited
with the continuing education credits. |
