Oregon Energy Efficiency Specialty Code (OEESC)

Oregon's energy commercial energy code, the 2010
OEESC, is now a stand-alone code. The 2010 OEESC
takes the place of Chapter 13 in the Oregon Structural
Specialty Code (OSSC).

Effective date:
July 1, 2010
Included a phase-in period, from July 1, 2010 to
September 30, 2010, during which time building officials
could allow the use of either the 2010 OEESC or
Chapter 13 in the 2007 Oregon Structural Specialty
Code (OSSC).
