Investments, Fraud Prevention, Predatory Lending Practices, ID Theft

The Oregon Division of Finance and Corporate Securities educates consumers on investment basics and the prevention financial fraud and predatory lending practices. Homeownership, mortgages, and credit

The Oregon Division of Finance and Corporate Securities offers outreach to consumers about credit, loans to buy a home and down payment assistance programs, refinance, obtaining equity loans or home equity lines of credit, reverse mortgages, and steps to avoid foreclosure and foreclosure scams. Insurance

The Oregon Insurance Division educates the public about commercial insurance issues involving auto, health, homeowner, life, and other lines of insurance.
