The Insurance Division is withdrawing the following bulletin:

INS 2002-7 Voluntary Expedited Filing Procedures for Compliance with the Provisions of the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002

Insurance Division Bulletin INS 2006-1 is now the governing bulletin on this topic.

This bulletin takes effect immediately.
