The Insurance Division is charged under ORS 731.300 with conducting periodic examinations of insurance companies authorized to do business in Oregon for the purpose of determining the nature of the insurer's operations and its compliance with the Insurance Code.

The division conducts two basic types of examinations: financial examinations and market conduct examinations. This site contains the most recent financial examination report for each insurer domiciled in Oregon and all market conduct examination reports published since January 1, 1996 for domestic and foreign insurers.
