Central Oregon Occupational Safety and Health Conference in Redmond
The Department of Consumer and Business Services, Occupational Safety and Health Division (Oregon OSHA) invites Central Oregon employers ready to improve their workplace safety and health programs
to attend the Central Oregon Occupational Safety and Health Conference, September 13-16 at the Eagle Crest Resort in Redmond.
The conference will provide training on current workplace issues, and how to integrate safety-and-health management into your company's business strategy. People responsible for prevention of injuries
and illnesses in the workplace, including safety and health professionals, safety committee members, business owners, managers, supervisors and employees, will benefit from attending the conference
Conference topics include:
- Creating an Action Plan for Success
- Worksite Wellness: Why Prevention Makes Common "Cents"
- Helping Your Company Following A Traumatic Workplace Incident
Registration fees for the conference are $140 to attend the Wednesday and Thursday sessions. Attend any single day for $80. Tuesday pre-conference workshops are $30 each while the Friday morning
networking session is free. All registration fees include lunch for the day in attendance. More than 20 exhibitors will offer demonstrations and introduce their products or services.
