From 1-5 heading north:
Take the City Center/Front Ave. Exit. Turn right on NW Front Ave./Naito Pkwy. Proceed north on NW Front Ave./Naito Pkwy. for approximately 2 miles. The Portland Field Office is on the east side of the road (the Willamette River side), at the north end of the Fremont 1 Building, Suite 112 (under the Fremont Bridge).

From 1-5 heading south:
Take the I-405 North Exit toward City Center/Beaverton (US-26 West). (you must be in one of the left lanes on the Marcum bridge to get onto I-405). Take the NW Everett St. exit and proceed northbound to 15th Ave. Turn right on 15th Ave. and proceed to NW Front Ave./Naito Pkwy. Turn right on NW Front Ave./Naito Pkwy. and proceed south on NW Front Ave./Naito Pkwy. for approximately 1/8 mile. The Portland Field Office is on the east side of the road (the Willamette River side), at the north end of the Fremont 1 Building, Suite 112 (under the Fremont Bridge).

Free parking is available in front of the building and across the street.

NOTE: These directions were gathered in awareness of the ongoing closure of SW and NW Naito Parkway in the downtown area.

Directions from I-84 Westbound:
Follow the I-5 North (Seattle) approach. Take the Convention Center/Rose Quarter exit. Pass through the first intersection and turn left at the second intersection (NE Multnomah St). Follow NE Multnomah St. and cross the Steel Bridge. Veer to the left onto NW Third St. Follow NW Third St. and turn left at the first intersection (NW Everett St.). Follow NW Everett St. - be in the right lane - to NW Naito Parkway. Turn left onto NW Naito Pkwy. Follow until 1750 NW Naito Pkwy, turning right into the driveway, just before the bridge overpass and light at NW 15th & NW Naito Pkwy/Front Ave. OR-OSHA 's Portland Field Office is located in the North suite (#112) of Fremont Bldg. I. The two most northern drives into Fremont Place, just before passing under the large Fremont Bridge, will place you at Fremont Bldg. I.

Directions from I-84 Westbound
Take the I-5 North exit (Seattle). Take Exit 302A (Rose Quarter/Broadway-Weidler St). Pass through the first intersection and turn left at the second intersection (NE Broadway St.). Follow NE Broadway St. and cross the Broadway Bridge - be in the right lane. Turn right at first intersection after crossing the bridge (NW Lovejoy St.). Turn right at first intersection (NW 9th St.) and follow until NW Naito Pkwy. Turn left onto NW Naito Pkwy. and follow until 1750 NW Naito Pkwy, turning right into parking lot just before the light at NW 15th. OR-OSHA 's Portland Field Office is located in the North suite (#112) of Fremont Bldg. I. The two most northern drives into Fremont Place, just before passing under the large Fremont Bridge, will place you at Fremont Bldg. I.

Directions from US 26 Eastbound:
Take the I-405 North exit (St. Helens/Seattle). Take Exit 2B (Everett Street). You will now be on NW 14th Ave. and follow until it ends at a "T" - directly under the large Fremont Bridge. Turn right and follow to Front Ave. Front Ave. becomes NW Naito Pkwy. Turn right onto Front Ave./NW Naito Pkwy. and immediately turn into the first drive on the left. Suite 112 is located at the north end (facing west) of the two-story Fremont I building.

Directions from I-5 Southbound:
Take Exit 302A (Rose Quarter/City Center) and follow City Center sign. Turn right onto NE Broadway St. and cross the Broadway Bridge - be in the right lane. Turn right at first intersection after crossing the bridge (NW Lovejoy St.). Turn right at first intersection (NW 9th St.) and follow until NW Naito Pkwy. Turn left onto NW Naito Pkwy. and follow until 1750 NW Naito Pkwy, turning right into the parking lot just before the light at NW 15th. OR-OSHA 's Portland Field Office is located in the North suite (#112) of Fremont Bldg. I. Coming from I-5 Northbound:
Remain in center or left lane and follow signs to Beaverton/City Center. Exit onto I-405/26 West (Beaverton/City Center). Follow I-405 North. Take Exit 2B (Everett St.) You will now be on NW 14th Ave. and follow until it ends at a "T" - directly under the Fremont Bridge. Turn right and follow to Front Ave. Front Ave. becomes NW Naito Pkwy. Turn right onto Front Ave./NW Naito Pkwy. and immediately turn into the first drive on the left. Suite 112 is located at the north end (facing west) of the two-story Fremont I building.
