The Small Agriculture Advisory Committee's purpose is to strengthen the partnership of Oregon OSHA and the private sector. The group's mission is to address issues affecting the agriculture industry. Members of the group include representatives of labor, employers, grower organizations, and government and related non-profit agencies.

The Small Agriculture Advisory Committee worked through 2012 reviewing draft changes to the Division 4, Agriculture rules.  

Changes to the Division 4/I, Personal Protective Equipment rules and the Division 4/Z, Chemicals/ Toxins rules took effect on January 1, 2013.

We anticipate reconvening the committee in early 2013 to consider additional changes to the Division 4, Agriculture rules.
