Waiving co-payments and other cost-sharing for H1N1 vaccinations
Some of you are waiving co-payments and/or other cost-sharing for the H1N1 vaccination to ensure that cost is not a barrier to members who want vaccinations.
In an effort to streamline the filing requirements, the Insurance Division will not require you to file a formal policy endorsement. Instead, we will accept the letter you send your members announcing this important benefit change as the policy endorsement. This letter must contain a unique form number in the bottom left-hand corner.
