Recent Product Standard Revisions

Nine product standards were recently revised with corrections and legislative updates and have been updated on our website.

A new requirement has been added stating that the filing needs to include a draft notice to the policyholders advising them of a rate change:

• 440-4872 Individual & Small Group HBP rate filings
• 440-4873 Portability plan rate filings

Six mandates from ORS 743A have been added:

• 440-3049 Portability HBP

Form 440-2460 is now obsolete

Prior filings using this product standard will now need to use one of the six newly revised standards as directed on our website or in SERFF.

• 440-3617 Boiler & Machinery or Mechanical Breakdown
• 440-3618 Monoline & Package Property
• 440-3624 Trip Travel
• 440-3625c Credit Default & Credit Personal Property
• 440-3627 Personal & Commercial Inland Marine, Pet Health, Burglary & Theft
