Oregon Insurance Division Form, Plan, and Rate Filing Timelines and Guidance (10/18/2012)The attached memo is to confirm the Oregon Insurance Division’s (OID’s) expected timing for submission of form, plan, and rate filings for products to be offered through Cover Oregon (Oregon’s health insurance exchange).
