Health PLAN filing Product Standards posted (11/02/2012)The Oregon Insurance Division will begin accepting plan filings January 1, 2013 through March 31, 2013 for companies that will be participating through Cover Oregon (the Oregon exchange). The Product Standards are posted on our website under filing requirements. It will not be placed in SERFF until the new platform for plan filings has been launched by NAIC, scheduled for March 28th.
