Important information regarding dental form filings (02/08/2013)

NOTICE!!! IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The Oregon Insurance Division recognizes that there are several undecided factors related to the dental plans that will be offered inside and outside of the exchange which will make it difficult to file the dental form filings. Therefore, we have decided to extend the form filing due date to March 30, 2013, from February 28, 2013.
