The State of Oregon offers several electronic licensing services. These include submitting individual license applications and license renewals for residents and non-residents, and address change services. These services are available through http://www.nipr.com/.

When submitting an electronic application, please complete ALL fields. It is important to list an address and phone number in BOTH the business and residence fields. These can be the same number.

Electronic submissions typically take less time to process than paper submissions.
