This page contains notices of proposed rulemaking by the Insurance Division. For each rulemaking, you will find the hearing date (if any) and the deadline for comment, as well as the notice of hearing and the text of the proposal.

The purpose of the proposed amendments is to improve organization, clarity, and consistency, and to update or remove obsolete information. Amendments include: definition of terms used to describe auditing requirements; updated audit procedures and the criteria for selection of claims subject to audit; revised premium audit hearing procedures; and clarification of classification notice requirements.
