Oregon OSHA expands on-line class registration services

The Oregon Occupational Safety and Health Division (Oregon OSHA) is offering expanded on-line registration services for training through the www.orosha.org Web site. The on-line registration system now gives students and employers convenient access to 29 safety and health training classes, and ten on-line courses, currently offered by Oregon OSHA.

Students are able to establish and maintain a personal account, which allows for tracking class attendance for their training records, and view upcoming training opportunities. Employers have increased flexibility as well, and can utilize features such as registering groups of employees for workshop training, and manage a business account including adding or removing employees from their training roster.

The on-line registration system makes it easy for students and employers to:
· register for workshops on-line
· preview workshop schedules by topic, date or location
· search for Oregon OSHA classes scheduled throughout Oregon
· read workshop descriptions

Oregon OSHA provides training and education services on safety and health management topics to over 15,000 people every year.

The expanded on-line registration system is available on the "Education" page of the Oregon OSHA Web site, www.orosha.org. For questions about Oregon OSHA's training and education services, call (503) 947-7443 or toll-free within Oregon, (888) 292-5247, option two.
