Latest initial reports of workplace fatalities

03/13/2014 Victim fell off dump truck. The unsecured tailgate landed on victim's head. Co-workers called 911 and victim passed away at hospital.
03/11/2014 Victim fell to the ground when the seed leg victim was helping to install partially collapsed.
03/02/2014 Truck crossed the fog line and crashed into a disabled semi-trailer.
03/02/2014 Victim was working on disabled semi-trailer on the side of the road when trailer was struck by a truck.
