Latest initial reports of workplace fatalities

9/10/2014 The employee was attending a customer sponsored golf tournament on behalf of DSU when he suffered a heart attack. The employee was transferred to hospital where they were unable to revive him.
9/02/2014 Heart attack.
9/02/2014 The employee climbed some wall forms and then climbed a tower crane and jumped 150 feet. Appears to be a suicide.
