June 26, 1996
Dear Mr Wildman:
This is in response to your June 12, 1996 letter requesting a rule interpretation to the following question.
If rubber gloves are tested, stored and not issued until 5 months later, when must they be retested?
In your case the rubber gloves would need to be tested within 90 days of the date of their issue. Had the gloves remained on the shelf for six months or more, then they would need to be retested prior to being assigned for use.
If we can be of further assistance to you please call Jerry Hoard at (503) 378-3272.
